I was able to adapt 11" Wilwood brakes

I was looking for a non-destructive way to upgrade my brakes that would allow the ability to revert them later.

I drive up and down a steep 10 mile highway every day and wanted something that would have less fade and more responsiveness.

I was able to have adapters made for 11" rotors and super-low-profile calipers. It requires NO modification of stock parts.

If this is something that you would have interest in, let me know.

I am taking the car a long way from stock... but keeping all the parts and ensuring my work is non-destructive. Hopefully I can pull it off.

Nice!

Have you completed the installation? How do they feel? Do you notice a braking improvement or difference?

Cool plan.  Good luck.  Don't forget we can use bolt on calipers and vented disks from a V8 of that era.  I have them on the front and they work well.
