Injection pump

Hi everyone ,
I have 280sl 1969 Usa model ,Someone offering me injection pump to buy , how can I tell if it fit on my car or not , is there specific type for each model or all the same ?

No,
there are specifics....
about the different pumps going into the different cars.

Different ones used on different 280SLs .... depending on model year and destination (US versus rest-of-the-world).

Thanks achim for your replay ,and how about the injector is there any deferent because I saw in Ebay two type long and short . Will it make deferent If so . What type I need ?

You mean the fuel injection valves/nozzels on the right side of the cylinder head?

No,
there is only ony type left (I believe the MB parts number is 000 078 1123), it's the late style fuel injection nozzle Bosch "R2" inscribed on it (DC8C45R2).
There was also an early one (DC8C45R1) but those are NLA and replaced by the later ones.
