If anyone is interested, i have lot more pics of this total body rest, from start a very rusty Pagoda.

Hej - looks like you are building a new Pagoda from scratch, rather than restoring one. Must have been very rusty indeed. Good luck and please keep posting pictures. You can also count on good information here if you need some.

welcome and we're glad to see your photos. The ones you selected are obviously from different stages of your work. Looks like your image 2928 is at a similar stage to where the shop is with my car, so I thought it would be fun to see the comparison. Enjoy!

From experience when you go to hang all the external sheet metal start from the back and work forward.

From experience start hanging panels from the back.  Quarter panels (rear wings) to trunk (boot) lid,  doors to quarter panels and then front wings (fenders)  rear factory outer wheelhouses do not register exactly in their original position and will need to be moved slightly forward or back (I forget) from the register position.  Mine was originally restored by someone who started at the front and it was a nightmare.  Had to re skin the entire car the right way.

Rick (My welder) did mine with a single sided Lencospot paying close attention to clamping the inner fender (wing) to the outer fender.  The rest was done with Lencospot tongs.  We worked together years ago in a body shop and I sought him out to weld my car because he is way more meticulous than I am.

Yes got two water- cooled  spot welds,one also got a havy one-way handle and you realy need that when the clamps don't reaches.
