Bob - I don't really know the exact cost just yet, but I don't expect it to be too much (as in, the cost of a few gallons of go-go juice). Most important to me is not that it's a few dollars cheaper, but that it's very good quality print, is mailed out rolled rather than folded etc.
As far as marketing, I suppose it will be available for anyone through this website / the homepage for years to come. Outside this group, I suppose the other websites should be notified. Ebay might be a way to let people know about it. And, yes, John Olson is someone who should know about it indeed, that's a good tip. I will also send a few posters to Daimler-Chrysler, who knows, they might want a thousand for showrooms worldwide ...
