From the EPC: I think the number you are quoting is for the rings that go in the middle of the car, you need 2 of them (I think these are the bigger ones).
In the rear you have A107 492 00 82 (a new replaced number) and you need 4 pieces (shorter, tougher).
It is, perhaps, the time to replace the insulating plates (A 000 492 09 83 4pcs.)? They protect rubbers.
This is if my memory serves me well as I struggled with rear muffler noise against the body a couple of years ago.
Do not forget the "Forum way" of fitting the rubber rings in the rear (with middle hanger fitted, support the rear muffler, unscrew the rear brackets, lower down the rear muffler a bit and support it, hang the upper brackets on rubber rings with screws sticking down from them, then lift the muffler with the bottom brackets and screw on the nuts), otherwise you may be inclined to swear a lot.
Exhaust needs to be supported at all times (in the rear or in the middle) not to break the exhaust manifolds.
