I'm gathering people recommend either the MB coolant, or Zerex-G05?
Is the MB Coolant similar to this expensive stuff?

I put that stuff in my 1990 300CE.
About to replace the thermostat and flush the coolant. No idea how long it's been since I bought this new car.
