Front suspension lower control arm castle Nut
« on: July 03, 2019, 15:24:46 »
Hi all,

On the lower control arms there is a castle nut, can anyone recommend supplier for just this nut please?  One of mine has a damaged thread.

I'm sure someone will have a used one. I imagine that I do. I never throw anything out - well almost anything. It has to be junk first.

Yes, two good used ones are discarded with every front end re-build.

That looks like the nut for the lower knuckle. If so, Mercedes is out of stock with no time line when it will return. Ask me how I know.

No bother I'll dig it up tomorrow. It won't be as shiny as the one in the picture!
