Clutch Pedal Stop
« on: October 02, 2019, 11:27:00 »
Hi all,
I developed a little too much free play in the clutch pedal; iow, too much movement before the pedal actually engages the clutch.
I adjusted the eccentric bolt on the pedal hinge mechanism to its max, but this reduced the free play only a small amount.
Looking at the clutch stop, I see a small metal "nub" of a stop to be present. It looks like it may have worn away alot over time.
This may be the cause of the excess free play.
What is the stop supposed to look like? Is it metal or is there supposed to be a rubber stop on there?
Thanks.

It looks like I am missing the pedal stop buffer A1112910086.
NOT NLA! and on order from my local parts dept.
