could someone identify

This is my distributor on my 280SE 130 engine.Does anybody know what the knob on the left is.O would rather know something about it before I start messing with it.

This knob? Oil lubrication port.  Rotate knob and it exposes hole. Add a couple of drops of light oil in it to lubricate distributor.

thank you guys.does anybody know the part numbers for the cap and rotor for this distributor.I have been told that it might be the same as the numbers for the 067.But I just want to be sure.

Ok, since Bosch website does not work, I went like this:

Engine for 280SE = 130980 engine (our Wiki)

For 130980:

distributor PN is A 002 158 38 01
cap PN A 000 158 25 02 replaced with A 000 158 53 02   BOSCH 1235522060
rotor PN A 000 158 20 31  BOSCH 1234332088

If my logic is correct, this is what I found. I could not cross-reference Bosch PN of the distributor with Mercedes part number.
