W111 Electric window motor rebuild

I am taking my window motors and gear drives out and wondering if there is a service that can refresh these. Maybe install new brushes in the motors?

Also am hoping to find new couplings # 000 821 02 26. Mine are showing some signs of cracking in the rubber.
