Trying to reply to a member help!

I have spent the last hour trying to reply to a members enquiry on an item I have for sale ,each time I try I get the stupid verification question wrong .
For example what follows mercedes was one question then another said what is the 3rdword on the website ?how can I find that tried loads all wrong I now can't reply to this member ,help thanks Kevin

Maybe try 'Group'? Sorry, not familiar with this issue, I am always able to just reply without any control questions.

Not heard of this before when trying to do messages.  Suggest you log out and shut down and start again hoping it will reset your login.

The answers are actually very obvious for hundreds of members on this forum. Once you have built up more credits you'll not get these verification questions again. They are to prevent new members from spamming existing members with loads of personal messages

3rd word = group
girls name = Mercedes
what follows Mercedes = Benz
