During winter storage times, you will find a lot of places like this. I co-own a warehouse in nearby Wooster, Ohio for a commercial activity and one side of it is used for vehicle storage. I will take a picture next week. it currently houses my 1970 914-6GT, my 2020 Corvette C8, my friend Steve's Ferrari GTB/4 Daytona, a business associate's Hellcat and AC Cobra as well as a few rare classic motorcycles.

Indeed, the rooms behind the cars are rented out for business meetings.
There is a high demand for meeting rooms with this extra incentive as they only accept collector quality cars..
