Summer ventilation duct Left

Hi all,

I just discovered that the left duct leading to the side vent is missing. the vent was covered in black electrical tape at the back.  Once i took off the glove compartment it dawned on me why everything was so flimsy on the vent control.

Apparently the part number is 1138300145.  I am attaching a picture of it.  Please let me know if anyone could have a spare or knows where to source one.  the one i found on ebay is a rip off.
