Southern Ontario drive
« on: November 07, 2020, 04:53:45 »
My wife and I met Marcus and his wife in the town of Simcoe, Ontario, for lunch this Wednesday. We are having a run of unseasonably warm weather for early November, so we figured we'd take advantage. Simcoe is roughly half way between us. The drive was lovely in both directions.

I'd love to run accross those two Pagodas in the wild. It must me a beautiful sight.
It's great to the see the PAGODE plate out and about in Canada.
My wife and I just got back from a ride in this warm weather, but we took the Carrera.  :-X
I hope you all are safe and healthy.

The weather has continued remarkably warm in southwestern Ontario, so we went for another Pagoda cruise on Sunday to Port Stanley, which is on the north shore of Lake Erie. Hugh and Dieter were there, along with Dave "The New Guy" who has a red 230SL and lives in Port Stanley. And, in fact, that's Dave's house up there on the bluff. Then we arranged the Pagodas red, white and blue in celebration of our USA friends who we haven't seen all summer. One of our stops was at a b&b that Dave also runs, which backs right out on the lake. Despite the pandemic, the weather got the hardy Canadians out in droves, and the little village was really hopping as we drove around. So I posted a couple videos at...

Yes you guys have been blessed with that extended summer-like weather.  This is probably the first time we got snow in BC before Ontario lol
