Quick Jack

Is anyone familiar with the Brand Quick Jack  (it is a fairly new portable jacking system)
It lifts along the inside of the rocker panels.
I know that using a regular lift,  that 113 sl should be lifted from certain points on the frame but Quick Jack has long wide lifting points
and displaces the pressure along a wider and longer area.
Does anyone use them for our 113's ?

Thanks , do you use the angle Method mentioned in the thread or straight down the side?

I use two rubber blocks in the rear, one on top of another to have the car a bit higher to avoid touching the muffler, as mentioned in that thread.

The support points are the mounting spots of rear trailer arms and the bottoms of the S-shaped part of frame.

I use a bit different configuration of rubber in the front - just another piece not being part of the set - so that the support points of the lift are exactly the same distance from the chassis parts (I think the bottom part of the Sframe is lower than the mounting spot for trailer arm).

In this configuration the lift bases are at an angle - the distance between their fronts is different than the distance in the back. I do not think it matters.

Since I am a bit scared to lay under the car on the lift I bought 4 flat supports that I place under the wheels when the car is up and lower down the car on them so it stands on the wheels on supports.

I have one. Picked up the SL many times. Not a substitute for a lift (which we also have), but super handy for many jobs. I would buy one again for sure (have actually considered a second).

I also have one and find it useful, to get the car at a good working height---or at least better than it would be with conventional jacks.

To be clear: the way the quickjack lifts the car is exactly the same as a conventional lift would: there are four support points, and they are the same points as would be used with a lift.

I know it sort of looks like the car is supported along the entire length of the rocker, but due to the rubber blocks that Pawel mentions, there are only two support points on each side, one at the front and one at the back.
