Oh the memories. As a teenager, I was obsessed with the 914. I used to sit in the back of one of my high school classes tearing out ads for the car from old issues of Newsweek magazine. Bought my 1st one at 18 and owned several after that. A friend of mine and I used to part them out since they has serious rust issues. We briefly had a 914-6 which we kept in my garage and I took out on several dates even without license plates. Man, was that a fun car to drive. A total blast. Thanks for sharing.
