Another original 230SL on BaT

I believe I saw this car at a car show on Vancouver Island a few years ago. It was in absolutely incredible condition. The then owner allowed me to take some photos as I was restoring my 1964 and wanted to know what the original wood trim colour was along with other details.

If this is that car then you one of the best survivors anywhere in the world. Great purchase.

Congrats on your purchase!  That's a lovely car.  I'm sure you'll face some challenging decisions on what to save vs. what to restore.  As a fellow 230 owner, I'm thankful that the selling dealer gave us the photos to use here.

Thanks for the comments.
The car is at coach works getting a few minor things done.
My plan is to preserve and enjoy.
Will use every effort not to disturb its integrity as a survivor.
