So, I’m having a new soft top fitted (not brave enough to try myself) but I have managed to scurry away the soft top frame to provide it with some TLC before new soft top installed.
I have taken off the MB Tex that covered the large plate that sits on top the windscreen as there was rust starting to take hold. I considered trying to stick the old one back down, but not only does it have a rather long cut in it, at some point someone painted the visible side (adjacent to the locking handles) black, despite it suppose to be red!
What was interesting was that there were remnants of foam, albeit most that turned to dust.
So, my question is, does anyone know where I can obtain a replacement piece of MBTex for this
