Each of these turn signal switches has weak points, which are professionally repaired here and practically eliminated for a lifetime of operation!!!
Fastening screws and cable holder are new or galvanized.
Plastic knob including spring is new. (remove markings for original 230 clean look)
12-pin connector in the old original design suitable for 230SL wiring harness is new.
Chrome lever rechromed.
All parts have been thoroughly cleaned and moveable parts have been greased.
Electrical function checked after assembly.
Mechanical function (locked position up&down and automatic reset) adjusted and checked !
No comparison with China repro switches!!! Original Mercedes / VDO part.
