I do not know if it is rare, but dark blue+parchment must be nice!

If it is factory 5-speed - that is rare.

I cannot comment on the rarity of the particular color combo. The only thing somewhat "rare" are the alloys - if they are factory and not a later addition. It should say on the data card and you should have five, including the alloy-specific spare wheel holder.

Its true. The alloys were first time available for Pagoda in the 1971 Pricelist under the code 640. Please check if you will find it in the data card.
The price in Germany for the alloys was 1332,-DM about 5% of the basic Pagoda list price.
