A couple of data card questions..
« on: May 20, 2005, 12:50:25 »
I called the classic center today and they faxed me my data card for my most recent SL.  I was unable to find the answers to the following questions:

In box 42 I have a 6:  what does that indicate.  My current car had a 2 indicating power steering.

The top color is 743.  Is this supposed to be Parchment?  It's got a soft top that is blue presently though it was recently replaced and I never saw the previous top. Though the interior is Parchment 145 and the exterior is 906 (Metallic Blue).

426 is MB power steering with auto floor shift
743 is parchment

I'm not understanding something though. Is your current car painted in 906 or 050?

Douglas:

My current 280 is 050.

I recently purchased my father's 280 which he's had since 82(second owner) and I also know the original owner.  It's 906 with Parchment interior and is being shipped next week.

thanks.
