My 'Motoring Investments' 280sl for sale on BAT

Hi All,


Reluctantly, I have decided to sell my wonderful 'Motoring Investments' 280SL. The car is based in California and is CA registered.

I’ve cherished the car since May 2009 and some of you will know the car as she has been on a few European SL113 trips and more recently the US SL113 trip in November 2019.

She has just had a fresh service and the AC blows nice and cold. Always dry stored and much loved.

It’s a truly wonderful car mechanically and cosmetically. I am selling as I’m not using it enough whilst in the US

 Notwithstanding the fact that $116k is a crap ton of cash - and I hope Andy is happy with it. But given the condition, provenance and spec, someone got that for a decent price.
