New Member Introduction
« on: January 25, 2023, 18:55:51 »
My name is Julian Reid and I am a new member of the forum.  I have been restoring various Mercedes for the past 40 years.  I have completed about (12) 111 Convertibles, (2) 111 Coupes, (2) 190SLs, and I just bought my first 113 about 4 months ago.  I have also built (2) Replicas of a 1955 Mercedes Gullwing.

My 113 is a 1966 230SL, original California car, very rust free. I just finished the paint work on it and painted it a beautiful pearl white (sorry if that offends the Mercedes purists on this forum, but that's the color my wife wanted).  I am in the process of finishing up the wiring in the engine compartment, and hoping to have it running and driving in the next 30 days.   I've attached a few photos of my previous and current projects.  Thanks
Julian Reid

Very nice work.  The white looks great.

Welcome Julian! What wheels do you have on your gullwing? Love your blue cab.
