Source of Reconditioned Diffs
« on: September 11, 2022, 14:53:03 »
Hi

The diff on my '64 230 has a slight oil leak. As I'm converting the car to electric, the diff will be under higher stress. I'd like to replace my present diff with a reconditioned one. The only source I've found so far is the SL Shop at £6900 - although this is the whole axle assembly. Anyone with any better suggestions?

Regards

Colingo

I was hoping (perhaps optimistically) to find somewhere to do a diff exchange to avoid lots of downtime.

The best people to speak to are Roger Edwards at Amersham. As it happens they are going through a 3.27 rear end for me at present
