Early Red/Clear/Red Taillights

Looking for early taillight assemblies with red/clear/red lens for both sides of my -64 230sl. Repros on the market not really up to quality, so if anyone has NOS lights in “like new” condition and willing to sell, please let me know.

Also interested if someone knows where to get a proper repro that is bonded together as the originals. I have one from Authentic Classics but I’m not 100% satisfied with it.

I bought mine from Vintage Europarts a while back. They were selling cheaper and more expensive ones. The cheaper ones, I send back. The more expensive ones are OK but not perfect either.

The ebay item referenced is the left side.  Note that the right side is also available from this seller.  (A mere $1,800 OBO for the pair.)
