Boston, Northshore – Cape Anne Drive – May 7
What an amazing day!
With absolutely perfect weather, members of the Minuteman Mercedes Benz Club, and many from the Pagoda Club, with their spouses, partners and friends, rallied with 28 cars to explore Cape Anne’s hidden coves, private beaches, magnificent ocean views along with glimpses of the secluded enclaves of several of the great ocean front estates of Boston’s north Shore. The tour ran along northshore coastal roads from Manchester-by-the-Sea, through Magnolia, passing by Hamond Castle, then through Gloucester and ending in Rockport.
The event had been coordinated by Ulysses DeGuzman and Roland Boucher. Roland and his wife had mapped out the route and led the way. Ulysses coordinated the event with the club and all the on-line posting and behind the scenes planning.
After our tour the group met for lunch at Shea’s Riverside Restaurant in Essex, MA. Over lunch members enjoyed the camaraderie and talked about the discovered areas they want to further explore. They had a great time with their Mercedes with good company and beautiful weather.
