A pagoda that sat for 2 years with a for sale sign on it for $13,000 and she calls it a lemon?     Back in 1994 that would have still been a relatively inexpensive Pagoda that was hovering in the project status rather than a reliable runner.     Maybe it sat for two years as it was grossly overpriced.
