From the factory, all the materials would have been the same. Seats, dash, doors, soft top compartment lid - all MB-Tex. I can't tell by your pics, but at least the seats appear to be leather. That doesn't mean it all got changed from tex to leather by the previous owner, you may have a mix now.
It looks like it is in good condition. If you are wanting to spend money and get the interior back to original materials, that can be done. Personally, I don't have large budgets for my hobbies, so I would leave good condition materials in place until they wear out.
I highly recommend finding other Group members in your area, getting a few cars together, and learning from each other. It is the most helpful experience. You are a Full Member, so you can access the membership list here:
