Dear friends

As per Pawel suggestion I am thinking of a new product for you all that like to do things by your own.

This would be an electrical sub-harness kit already assembled that will allow you to migrate a Mercedes w113 manual transmission to run on an automatic transmission with all the proper electrical terminals.

This will be a plug and play solution.  Which means, that you just plug it to your existing manual transmission harness and it will bring signals to all correct places as in the original MB Pagoda design.

You wil, have with this:

1. Connector to manual transmission reverse switch connector
2. Terminal branch for IDDLE SWITCH
3. Terminal for  IDDLE INCREASE SELENOID
4. Terminal for Kickdown switch
5. Harness branch for transmission control, 4 leads.
6. All T15 lines that should be connected to main fuse box.

Please comment here the idea, and mention also which other ready to go subharness would you like to have in order to solve an existing electrical situation in your w113 Mercedes.

Of course you will have also a terminal for the Parking/neutral & reverse switch on the firewall

Dear Friends:

Just finished building this CONVERSION HARNESS KITS that will allow you to install and control correctly an automatic transmission on any w113 that has been previously born as a stick shift car.

This harness is MINT and perfect, all terminals labeled so that it could be a DIY project.

You just have to plug this harness on the following existing branches:

1. Plug your manual female 2 prong reverse light switch terminal into the male terminal supplied for that function.
2. Disconnect, on main ignition switch, your existing T50 starter selenoid terminal and replace with the new one supplied
3. On main fuse box , connect the T15 leads for kickdown switch, IDDLE switch and IDDLE increase selenoid.
4. Run cable branch going to automatic transmission in the OEM route.
5. Run harness branch going to engine bay through main firewall access hole.
6. Connect Parking/neutral - reverse light 4 pin terminal,  on the corresponding switch at firewall.
7. Run rest of the harness parallel to existing harness going to passenger side across firewall
8. Connect IDDLE switch at intake butterfly’s
9. Connect IDDLE increase SELENOID
10. Finally connect new T50 line to starter selenoid, and disconnect existing one.

That is all.  PERFECT FIT and QUALITY.

Things to consider:

A) USA made full copper cables used on this construction.
B) All terminals crimped and soldered
C) all terminals labeled
D) exact fit.
