The entire SS exhaust system was removed by my mechanic is less than one hour on Saturday 3-Feb. That's from the manifold back to the tip. Remember there was no welding of any kind involved. Some bolts were cut, and some tubing cut as well. Everything put back together in another four hours the same day, along with some other minor cleanup and inspection and test drive. (damaged braided fuel line noted and replaced, for example...)
I had sourced stainless steel clamps from Amazon, as even TimeValve couldn't find them:
https://a.co/d/6u89os6Though the manifold bolts were determined as OEM to be 50mm in length, and mine had been replaced with 70mm, I obtained replacement bolts as follows:
https://belmetric.com/m8-coarse-iso-4162-flange-bolt-class-10-9-wrench-10mm/?sku=BFI8X55YLW Mechanic specifically noted that the narrow head was welcome in his reassembly. The extra 5 mm in length vs OEM facilitated reassembly, too.
The manifold nuts were replaced with German DIN 14441:
https://a.co/d/fdSJyCp The totally missing heat shields were replaced by OEM from the Classic Center, as well as all the rubber donuts.
The replacement center muffler section from TimeValve included a full set of donuts so now I've got spares.
Unfortunately in the eyes of a skilled mechanic while on a lift, a bunch of other issues noted, not too surprisingly since the restoration was ~24 years ago.
