Can’t remove transmission filter?

I’ve seen the transmission filters usually bolted on, mine seems to have a screw head, anyone with suggestions? I can’t get it off as it’s been stripped. Filter looks perfect so debating just putting pan back on

Hi,
just unscrew this slotted screw and remove the filter.
Where is your U-shape rubber lip?

Mine was difficult also, I had to go buy a screwdriver with a wider head.
