You really can't tell anything from these photos, other then the paint is shiny which is relatively meaningless. Some people, particularly dealers make all kinds of claims and these can only be substantiated by direct observation. If you are seriously interested in this car, take the advice of Daryl and many others of us and either go look at it or hire someone to do that. This weekend in Ohio we had 22 Pagodas and all of them were in varying conditions, each one different.
While I don't know anything about this dealer, I do know that there are plenty of all models of 113 available by private sale (check The Star and Hemmings as a start)and almost certainly you'll do better there.
But after seeing 22 Pagodas all lined up, it just validated the fact of how different they all are, and you really need to see one yourself if you plan on buying.
