His (her?) request is pretty clear, and s/he probably thinks it does not make any difference who or why s/he is in the market to buy a project Pagoda. To someone wanting to sell one, it probably also does not matter. A smooth sale at a fair price is all I would be interested in if it were my car.

I have seen so many tactics by flippers.  The best was a woman whao posted that she and her boyfriend were collectors.  What I have not seen was straight up honesty.  I am going to beat you up but you don't have to deal with selling your car.

We constantly get calls from this guy trying to buy cars from us. He's definitely a buyer. It's very irritating to get these spammy calls when trying to work.   ::)
