I have obtained a Nardi wheel, hub adapter and very smart MB horn button from Classico Wheels in Florida. The principal of the business is Jeffrey Fellman and he seems familiar with the hub adapters required for different 113 models. He even promises that the horn will work.

I actually had difficulty in finding a non ebay Nardi seller and Jeffrey was the first person I spoke to who seemed interested in the hub adapter.
