I have a manual 1964 230SL with 91km original KM.
It is used once a month for short distances unless it is fine.
It start good, generally on 4-5 and the on 6 after a few minutes.
It drives well until on a level road or slight downhill when the accelerator is lifted. It then jerks and misses. Accelerating stops the jerk.
Can anyone tell me where to start looking?

Hello Russ,

I would start by checking to make sure the linkage rods and the veturi are adjusted correctly. Check with us if you cannot locate the details for these procedures on the site.
