anyone know what this is?got a round hole where this is on my car , this pic is from an ebay listing

I'm confusused, that looks like an a/c vent on the bottom of the a/c unit.  You say you have no a/c, which means you have no underdash a/c unit...right?  So where is the hole on your car?

I have the same hole you are referring to in my pass. side underdash panel....no A/C either and original as far as I can tell....might be to access wiper linkage??   I don't have the cover like in the picture either, just a 3" dia., factory made hole......I've been puzzled about this one too....
