tacometer bracket

I am looking for the bracket that holds the tac in place in the dashboard.  I got a tac from P.A. Speedo, but no bracket.  (The tac was missing when I got the car this summer.)

thanks for any help.

I suppose it would be pretty easy to make one.  It's U shaped with a small hole in the center bottom of the U for the tach.  The bracket is put into position behind the tach and secured with a thumb screw.  The top of the U faces towards the driver and is placed against the back side of the dash board 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch on either side of the tach.  As you tighten the thumb screw the tach is forced towards the engine and eventually secured against the face of the dash.  Sorry I do not have the dimensions.  Maybe someone else can help out there.

Jeff:  thanks for the help.  Item 24 is the nut only, but the picture gives a good look at the bracket which is sold as part of the tac.  Is the bracket for the speedo and tack identical?  I'll be removing the speedometer for overhaul soon and could see about copying it.

needless to say I'm hoping someone has the part!?

The brackets for the tach and the speedo are not the same. The speedo has a bump out and a cut out (if I remember correctly) that allows for the light/wire clearances. The speedo one might be able to be used for the tach, but the tach one will not work for the speedo.
