Thanks for the compliments. It took me about 3-4 days to do the work. Most of the time is spent waiting for either the crack filler or the dye to dry.
I wouldn't say it's as good as new, but I'd say it's very near. In certain places, the surface appears to be painted and doesn't have that vat-dyed look of good old German leather. (In some places though, it really does look as new.)
You have to remember that my leather was severely worn in some places. Also, keep in mind that this process cost about $100. All in all, I'm pleased with the results. I think the seats will improve once I oil them and give them some "luster."
