Here are some additional exchange parts as compiled by Mike Heagney. Both donor cars were RHD.
Here are a few more parts to add to Peter's list. The following parts have been taken from either 220 Sb or Seb (W111). The Seb motor was port injected, from which I got the rocker cover and oil filler cap, and fits the 230 SL motor. This suggests motor was a 250, as the 220 Seb is apparently all manifold injected. Both cars are Euro R.H.D.

UNDER BONNET (Hood)
From either 220 Sb or Seb port injected(W111):
Rocker cover and oil filler cap, (fits the 230 SL motor.)
Windscreen washer bag.
Idler arm trunnion bearing (220 Sb)
Front sub frame ....Version 2 only...220 Sb from # 49,856
...220 Seb from # 16,976...220 b...from # 23,661.
This includes upper and lower control arms. Not the springs. The swaybar mount on the lower wishbone is set at a slightly different angle.
INTERIOR
Flat spring steel in seats to repair broken spring steel.
Steering wheel, horn ring, horn pad and chrome bezel. (230 SL)
Carpet locating pegs to footwell.
Chrome cap to grab handles.
Blue plastic nuts to wood bows at dash....NLA.
Screws to chrome strip on A post inside door opening...NLA.
These fix the wood trim around the inside of door windows.
Fuel vapor reservoir in trunk.
