Mark,
E10 is 10% ethanol and is commonly available, often times without you knowing it. The ethanol is blended not as a political tool or to reduce the consumption of petroleum, but rather has an "oxygenator" to the fuel to keep the air clean.
E85 is 85% ethanol; it is rare today, but will be more commonly available. It is for use ONLY in flex-fuel vehicles that are labeled as such. Do not use it in your Pagoda, or any other vehicle not designed for it. It would be an expensive mistake.
