Off next week to Carolina Trophy rally with 71 280SL. 30 cars, only 1 other Mercedes: 300SL Roadster. If I can figure out how, I'll post pictures. Car spent last week being prepped and polished on Long Island. Transporter to pick up Friday.

Weather is looking pretty good - always clearest after a hurricane. This year's entrant list of thirty cars includes 2 AC Ace's, Aston DB4GT Zagato, DB6 Volante, 53 Ferari 166MM, 2 Dinos, 2 Speedsters, a Convertible D, and 356 Carrera 2, XKE, Alpine-Renault A110, and various Healey's and Morgans. Plus of course, my Pagoda and the 300SL. Will try to figure out photos.

I am not familiar with this event, what is it all about and where does it take place (somewhere in NC/SC I asumme)?  I am in Raleigh, NC and would enjoy checking it out?

If you mean upload from camera to PC, you'll have to read your camera's documentation on that one, but should not be difficult.

Rally was terrific. Great weather. Wonderful people. Sublime driving. Pagoda handled much better than I thought it would - thank you Bob Hatch for the suspension upgrades. And Gernold for the top that didn't leak in the one sudden downpour on the Blue Ridge Parkway! Off to the Mountain Mille in Virginia + West Virginia a week from Sunday.
