Did anyone in the UK own my car once?       FTJ 403J      I would love to know.

actually, this might be a good column in the database section. ( for Countries which retain the same number plate for the life of the vehicle. )

What, a column for past and present license plate numbers?  I think in many countries the license plates change quite often.
