35 years and going
« on: March 19, 2007, 20:07:20 »
Hi club members!
I like to share this very special photos of my two brothers (I am in front of them) and my 67 Pagoda , everything is the same except the location and the weimaraner "FREDA" who was photoshop pasted.

35 years ago my father took the original photo, i am sure he would be proud today.

I hope my 2 kids do something like this in the spring of 2042

The car has held up well...

This is truly a unique and special photo.  It is rare to have a car that is also a family treasure.  This is certainly the case for you and your family.

Best,

Tom

What a very cool set of photos. I am sure your father would be very proud indeed.

I think your suspension may need work. The ride height is a little low in the "now" picture ;)

What great pictures! How come you ended up with the car though?

Indeed!

Once we chubbies stepped off, the suspension leveled good.

Father passed away in 1973, mother sold the car to an uncle who took very special care of the car driving until 53k miles in the odo,
at last in 2005 after few failed attempts he agreed for a buy back, along with original papers, manuals, my father’s keychain and even original tools under the spare...
It was like in “back to the future” picture!
