need your opinion

I'm thinking about changing my interior from dark brown leather to either parchment or cream beige leather.  I got the idea from this W111 3.5 cabrio beige-gray met.

I have considered changing the interior color of my 230sl from
the dark blue to a cream and or parchment.

the interior in the link above is a customer from a lexus color
Gahh has something that is very very close.

nice thing about gahh is they sell the matching carpet sets and pre sewn seat covers.

should be nice

I would love a cream interior to match my white walls, however in London / England not so practical .

That color combination looks amazing.

The only caveat I have is that in my daily driver (the Lexus you drove in at Blacklick) I have a light beige interior which looks great but I wouldn't get it again beccause it gets dirty really easily. Especially in the foot well, kick panel and on the sills where my black dress shoe soles always scuff it up and despite lots of scubbing, I simply cannot keep it clean.

Having said that, I am sure you will pamper your pagoda a bit more than I pamper my daily driver so it may not be an issue for you.

I had your car at my place while Tom Hamilton still owned it. Although some people may not like dark brown it goes perfectly with the colour of your car. As I remember it was in pretty nice condition too.
I'm becoming less interested in light interior colours. They seem to be very difficult to keep clean. If your stuff was falling apart I'd say OK but somehow the exspense to replace a prefectly good interior hardly seems worth it.

I had dark brown interior that I have changed out to beige leather and it looks great and does not take me too much maintenance with a damp cloth occasionally.

What color is that cabrio? I like it.

I gotta agree about light interiors getting dirty. But what the heck its only money...just keep the old interior in case you get tired of the light one.

Garry, your color is called Cognac.  It looks great with your black paint.  I have Cognac with my Classic White and it looks good too but it isn't the color to match with that beautiful gray on Hauser's.  His would look very classy with the very light gray interior shown in the photos.  It would require good floor mats.
