when i try to upload a pic of my car, it says 90% complete but the picture never shows up....?

90% complete is not complete... hence it won't show up. Have you tried reducing the file size? Otherwise I'm afraid you need to look it up on the Frappr site...

Some people have a problem with their web browser settings, or just their web browser in general (fire fox or other Linux or Mac browsers).
