James, the short answer is, no. (Unless you are really clumbsy.)
Use a screwdriver to pop the two spring clips off the sides. Lift the cap straight up until it clears the rotor. With it aside, have a good look. Notice the rotor orientation and pull the rotor straight up & off the shaft. The oil hole will be obvious. Don't use too much oil and replace the rotor and cap.
