I have not done it so far. Perhaps speedos are to high (complicated) for me.
Had my stuff overhauled at North Hollywood Speedometer (see below in Rodd's listing). I am very pleased. Part looks like new. Costs were about 200 $$.
If you want to stay with DIY, I would like to recommend to get any 108, 110 or 111 or 114 speedo for parts. Inner parts of the speedos should be pretty much the same. It's at least worth the trial.
