Pagoda Notes
« on: April 15, 2008, 13:27:23 »
Just to change the subject to something meaningful, I just put the latest issue on the Pagoda Notes in the mail for our North American members.

Jon Bernardi prepared another very interesting Notes with Joe Alexander contributing the lead article discussing the chain tensioner.

Thanks Jon.

Pagoda Notes, postmarked Hampton roads April 15th, were waiting in my mailbox when I arrived home this evening April 17th.  Good pictures, Joe!  Will the Amelia Island attendees have further pictures and impressions to share, or is that being saved for Pagoda World?  Three members of my Pre-War M.G. group received awards at Amelia this year.  Inquiring minds want to know how the Mercedes contingent fared.

Got mine yesterday!  How good is Joe Alexander for this group! I learn something everytime he opens his mouth, types on his key board or authors an article.

Thanks again Joe!

I'm not sure who the author is for the Amelia write-up but it must have been someone else that was "writting away furiously"[:0].  I was pretty much just trying to stay warm that day. ;)

Mike, quite a few pics were taken that day and I thought there would be more of the event in the Pagoda Notes.  Perhaps it will be saved for the next issue of Pagoda World.

I have lost track of how many requests I have had via email on details of my Getrag setup.  Members form Germany, Italy, Portugal and here in the US.  Hopefully this will be documented in the next issue along with tons of pics supplied by Ray Hays.
