Why not just come up with a system to get rid of the pesky dizzy altogether. Why are those who are trying to jump into the modern world going with such archaic systems as the breakerless distributor. Obviously if they are so good, just like points, cars would still be using them. Most new cars don't have a distributor at all. I think until someone comes up with a real update that is current technology I will stick with my points. OK guys and gals here is a real chance to be the first on your block to get a distributor deletion plate, six coils and a crank position sensor and get rid of those Fred Flintstone ignition systems.
