Car Pulling right when braking

Seems pretty easy, but when the mercedes people replaced brakes some years ago, calipers and all I believe.  Its been pulling right when braking. Love to know if this is adjustable by a not terribly mechanical guy, or what to tell the mechanic.

Mind you, you'd think the mechanic could fix it.

Sounds like the hose that carries the brake fluid to your front brakes may be clogged.  This is not uncommon with cars this old. The hoses probably need to be replaced.  Not too hard to do yourself but if not have your mechanic check the  hoses.

Perhaps the caliper piston is sticking in its bore?  This is usually the result of corrosion due to not replacing brake fluid regularly but it seems like it happened right after replacement with new calipers? Is one wheel hotter than the other?

Last year one of my front brakes seized up due to a clogged brake hose. Still, up to that point the car did not pull to one side. I replaced the front hoses and it was relatively easy, I have one of those easy-bleed set-ups that I bought in the US through Ebay. Then today I finally got around to replacing the rear hoses as well. The old ones were not clogged but I feel a lot better knowing that all hoses are new now, after that serious failure of last year.
